Bidding will start May 19 at noon psd and run through May 22 8pm pst.
Bids posted before then will be removed (sorry!)
If you are the winning bidder on any items, you will receive an emailed total with payment instructions. We ask that payment be sent within ten days from the close of the auction, this is the best way to ensure prompt service. If you win an item and do not receive an email within two days, please make sure we have the correct email address for you (we use the address you use to register with this site. If you prefer a different email address PLEASE send us that via PM or email at canterca@canterusa.org).
Once an item or service is paid for you will receive an additional email, CC'ed to the seller or offerer of services, to connect you to work out shipping or scheduling. Please keep in the mind the majority of items on this auction are offered by individuals not directly connected with CANTER and we are not directly involved in the shipping of most items. This year, winners of services will be given an e-certificate with serial number before they can schedule their services.
If you pay for an item and do not receive it within a reasonable amount of time, please feel free to contact us immediately so that we can track down your items or offer a refund if necessary. We ask that you do not wait more than one or two months, as that can make it harder for us to make things right for you.
If you are buying an item in the auction as a gift for an approaching Birthday please let us know that as well.
A few higher value items selling directly from CANTER will be posted on eBay with a link on the message board. You must have or create an eBay account and sign into eBay to place a bid on these items. Bids posted on the message board for these items will not be accepted.
